Vishal V. Abbayya is a committed public leader and Congress karyakarta dedicated to serving the people of Hubballi–Dharwad with integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. Actively involved in politics since 2016, he has consistently worked at the grassroots level, participating in public movements, party programs, and community outreach initiatives. He currently serves as the General Secretary of the Hubballi-Dharwad District Congress Committee, contributing to organizational strengthening, coordination, and public engagement across the district.
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and experience as a Class-1 PWD Contractor, Vishal brings technical expertise to development-focused leadership. As the Managing Partner of Abbayyas Infra, he has handled government infrastructure and civil works with a strong emphasis on quality, transparency, and timely execution. His work includes the Buddha Vihar Road Development project (Gulbarga), reflecting his commitment to building reliable public infrastructure that serves long-term community needs.
Beyond politics and infrastructure, Vishal is deeply engaged in education and social welfare. He serves as the Secretary of Siddharth Vidya Samste, overseeing institutional development, academic initiatives, and future expansion projects, including an upcoming B.Sc. Medical College. He also holds the position of Secretary of the Manjunath Eshwar All India Service Welfare Association, supporting welfare and community programs. His vision focuses on education, equality, and empowerment, with special attention to women, youth, OBC, Dalit, and marginalized communities—working towards inclusive growth and social justice.
